0a0b848737 scaffold: Tauri 2 + React + TypeScript via create-tauri-app 
Manually scaffolded Tauri 2 + React + TypeScript + Vite project
structure since the CLI requires an interactive terminal. Preserves
existing docs/ and .git history.
